At St. John Bosco Catholic Primary School we strive to provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every member of our community is valued and respected.
We believe that all children have the right to the highest quality of education. Our broad, balanced and creative curriculum and enrichment activities provide opportunities for everyone to achieve and succeed.
Our Mission Statement and its aims reflect our commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs. Together we take pride in making a positive contribution to our school and the wider community.
The information below outlines our approach to meeting the needs of all pupils who have been identified as having Special Educational Needs.
Our aim is to ensure that all pupils, regardless of their needs, reach their full potential by making the best possible progress whilst at St. John Bosco School. We work with parents and other professionals including health visitors, school nurse, speech and language therapists, clinical psychologists and educational psychologists to ensure that we fully understand a child’s needs and make the best provision for them.
Our SENDCo is Mrs Gray who can be contacted on the school number 0191 5368090.
